    Our group’s work on predicting protein disorder was recently featured at the annual meeting of the Hungarian Society for Bioinformatics in Szeged. Gabor  Erdős delivered a talk on the topic, titled “Predicting the flavours of disorder: from statistical potentials to energy embedding transformer networks,” detailing our latest computational approaches.

     

  • A2B2C 10th Meeting

    Two members of the group Mátyás Pajkos and Gábor Erdős are participating at X CAB2C conference in Mendoza Argentina. Mátyás shows PSIMotif, a novel motif centric protein sequence alignment method on poster, and Gábor gives a talk about his work on novel partner prediction methods for SLiM binding proteins.
